The iIncident app allows users to easily record critical information and data from a variety of workplace incidents and produce professional reports in pdf or docx format which can be e-mailed to a preferred contact.
The app has been designed with simplicity in mind. When incidents in the workplace occur it is vital that accurate information is collected from the scene. The app framework is based on 4 key areas:

1. Incident details
Record the location, description etc. and type of incident – Injury Illness, Environment, Property/Plant damage and Hazard / Near Miss.

2. Incident Photos
Take photos and add the location and comments. Photos can be taken directly or added from the gallery on the device.

3. Witness Statements
Able to ensure statements are recorded from the witnesses to the incident, provide a sequence of events and document signatures.

4. Analysis – Contributing Factors
The analysis section requires the user to look at the information gathered during the investigation and identify the contributing factors relating to the people involved, the work environment, the plant or equipment used, the process or procedures and organisational factors that may have contributed to the incident occurring.

The iIncident app is then able to generate and store a pdf or docx professional report which can also be emailed to a preferred contact.
